The glasses arrived scratched, which was frustrating enough, but the real ordeal began when I tried to rectify the situation. I spent two agonizing days trying to talk to a human to fix the issue, but had no luck. The customer service bot was useless, repeatedly sending the return label to an email I never received! Even after finally talking to a human, they sent the wrong information for the return! This level of ineptitude is astounding, and it’s why I felt compelled to leave this review and demand a proper resolution.
