⚠️ A 2-Month Nightmare: My Package Was 'Delivered' But My Money Was Gone
I’m writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. After my order was marked 'delivered' but never showed up, my attempts for help were completely ignored. This is the review I was forced to leave: "This company is absolutely terrible to work with. An order of mine says it was “delivered,”but no package was ever delivered to my house. I have attempted to reach a customer service representative on more than 3 attempts via email and the chat feature, and all I receive are emails saying “this email is not actively monitored”… I am out a substantial amount of money, and the company doesn’t even care that my prescription product is lost." After posting that, I decided to try one last time to speak to a human.
Customer: I've been trying to reach someone for almost two months. My package never arrived, your automated emails are a dead end, and I'm out a lot of money. CS Rep: I am so sorry for the immense frustration you've faced. It's completely unacceptable that you couldn't get help sooner. Can you give me your order number so I can fix this right now? Customer: Fine, it's [Order Number]. But why should this time be different from all the others? CS Rep: I understand your skepticism. I see the issue and I am processing a full refund for you as we speak. You have my sincerest apology for our failure in service. Customer: A full refund? Finally. That's all I wanted. CS Rep: Yes, the full amount will be back in your account within 3-5 business days. Again, I am truly sorry for this experience.
