A Cautionary Tale: Shipped to the Wrong City & Zero Support 😡
I'm writing this as a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of buying glasses online. My order shipped 9 days ago, and after waiting and wondering, I’ve found out it was shipped to a different city entirely. Trying to fix this has been a nightmare. I’ve been unable to reach a live agent despite multiple attempts. It has been a truly horrible experience, and I strongly advise you to stay away. This utter lack of support is why I’m filing complaints with the BBB and Attorney General, and what finally led me to this frustrating conversation after hours of trying to get through.
Customer: My order, #USA12345, was shipped 9 days ago to the wrong city! I've been trying to contact someone for days. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this frustrating experience and the difficulty you've had reaching us. Let me pull up your order right now. I see the shipping error and sincerely apologize. This is not the standard of service we aim for.
Customer: An apology doesn't fix it. I need my glasses. What are you going to do? I've wasted so much time on this.
CS Rep: You are absolutely right. I am canceling the incorrect shipment and placing a new, complimentary order for you right now with expedited shipping. I have also applied a 25% refund to your original payment for the extreme inconvenience you've faced.
