This place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for ‘next day delivery,’ which typically means, well, next day, right? Instead, I got an email saying my order would take 3 business days. That's why I tried to engage with customer service – to get a refund for a service not rendered.
Customer: Hello, I paid $19.95 for next day delivery on my order placed on the 18th, but it's not arriving next day. I want that fee refunded. CS Rep: I see your order. The delivery timeframe for next day service is typically 1-3 business days due to processing. Customer: One to three business days is not "next day." Your site explicitly said "eligible for next day delivery." I paid for something I didn't get. I want my money back for that specific service. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check the order details for you. It seems there was a processing delay before shipping. I can submit a request to our billing department for a review of the delivery fee. Customer: A request? I paid for a service that wasn't provided. This isn't a "request," it's a demand for a refund. I've tried calling and chatting, and it's all automated. I finally got a human just by pretending to place a new order. Is there a way to actually resolve this now? CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you've experienced in reaching us and for the confusion regarding the delivery timeframe. I've escalated your request for a refund of the express delivery fee directly to the billing department. You should receive an update via email within 3-5 business days regarding the resolution.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of misleading delivery promises and frustratingly automated customer service.
