A Complete Joke and a Waste of Money: Read This Warning 😡
I'm writing this review as a warning to anyone considering this company. After waiting three weeks for my order, what I received was a complete joke and a waste of my money. I "Ordered bifocals. Gave full, accurate prescription numbers. Received (3 weeks later) glasses with 3.0 on bottom, and NO focal point what so ever on top. Not even the wrong prescription, just completely opaque, completely worthless. Now I am suppose to print out shipping label (I have no printer) and go to UPS to ship glasses back then email confirmation of shipping before getting a refund. It's Covid people I don't want to go anywhere I shouldn't have to. I didn't make a worthless pair of glasses and steal someone's hard earned money! Don't waste your time with this company." This whole ordeal forced me to contact their customer service to see if they could offer any real help.
Customer: I received a completely useless pair of glasses. The top half is just blurry plastic. Now you want me to print a label and go to UPS? I don't have a printer, and I'm not going out just to fix your mistake. CS Rep: I am so incredibly sorry about the quality of the glasses you received. That is completely unacceptable, and I understand your frustration with the return process, especially given the circumstances. Customer: So what are you going to do about it? I want my money back. I'm not paying for a defective product and then doing all the work to return it. CS Rep: You are absolutely right. You shouldn't have to. I am processing a full refund for you right now, back to your original payment method. Please, just dispose of the faulty pair. There is no need for you to ship them back to us. Customer: You’re just refunding it? I don’t have to do anything else? CS Rep: That's correct. This was our mistake, and we apologize for the significant inconvenience it has caused you. Your refund has been initiated.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
